As CFO and owner, Fredy built the company around discipline, communication, flexible scheduling, and professional care for homes, businesses, contractors, and property managers.
Today, EPS Cleaning Service serves customers across Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, West Virginia, Southern Pennsylvania, and the Las Vegas area.

Before starting EPS Cleaning Service, I proudly served in the United States Army for eight years. When my military service ended, I wanted to continue serving people in a meaningful way. That goal inspired me to build a cleaning and janitorial company rooted in discipline, reliability, respect, and honest workmanship.

All Employees of E.P.S. Cleaning Service are required to complete training programs in Post-Construction / Final Cleaning, Floor Care, OSHA Training, Blood Borne Pathogens Training and Professional Janitorial Training prior to working for any of our clients. E.P.S. Cleaning Service has been providing first-rate service since august 2005.
