I hired EPS Cleaning Service for a move-out cleaning and was very disappointed with the results.

Before booking, I specifically confirmed that the garage would be included in the cleaning. However, the garage was not cleaned at all.

The crew spent approximately 5 hours at my home. When they finished, I was told not to enter because the floors were wet and that I should wait a couple of hours before going inside. I trusted them and paid for the service in cash before I had the opportunity to inspect the work.

When I later inspected the property, I found multiple areas that had clearly been missed. There were visible cobwebs and dust still present, stains and residue left on the kitchen countertop, and carpeted areas that remained noticeably dirty.

I contacted the owner to discuss these issues and requested a refund. Unfortunately, after our conversation, my calls and text messages were no longer returned.

Based on my experience, the quality of the work did not match what was promised, and I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up when I tried to resolve the matter. I cannot recommend this company.
